Shipping Disclaimer

For orders delivered by courier agencies or third parties, Rustic Oven does not provide any representation or warranty regarding the delivery. The shipment of products across the country will be handled by our courier company partners, and the delivery will be subject to their respective Terms & Conditions.

The requested delivery date is not guaranteed. The estimated delivery date is influenced by various factors such as product availability, delivery location, holidays, and external factors. Deliveries by third-party courier partners do not occur on Sundays and public holidays. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons like incorrect address or recipient refusal, you will still be responsible for the order charges.

 

Cancellations & Returns

After placing an order on our website, a representative from Rustic Oven will contact you to reconfirm the order before proceeding with payment. Once payment is made, the order cannot be canceled. However, if a product is unavailable for the day, we will cancel the order and provide a refund within 7 working days.

We accept returns exclusively for damaged or incorrect products. 
Please email us at ashwini@rustic-oven.com within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or wrong product. 
Once we review your return request, we will schedule a convenient time for reverse pick-up and perform essential quality checks. 
Upon approval, we will initiate the delivery of the replacement product within 24 hrs.

Rustic Oven is a patisserie that cannot guarantee allergen-free, vegetarian-only, or gluten-free products. Guests must acknowledge that our products may contain or come in contact with dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, flour, sugar, and other allergenic ingredients. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Guests are responsible for notifying all individuals consuming our products about these risks. By consuming our products, guests agree to indemnify and hold Rustic Oven harmless from any claims related to allergic reactions.
